We constantly trying to find better ways to improve our internal processes and our approach to our clients so we can provide the best service possible, but while we do this we always adhere to our core values:

We treat our clients the way we like to be treated. We are honest and reliable and want to build a long term relationship with you. We enjoy getting to know every nuance of your business and take great care and pride in everything we do. Our main aim is to grow together and achieve a return in investment.

Assertiveness is a trait that is paramount for the Serps Invaders team. We listen to our clients and always seek to find a way which allows us to move forward together in the best possible way.

We live digital

We live digital- and that means we do every day what we enjoy and are passionate about. And that doesn’t stop at 5pm! We all spend a fair amount scouring the web for innovations and the latest trends to seek out new ways to bring our clients ahead of their competition.

We learn every day

Personal development is key, therefore all our staff get dedicated training time allocated to their normal schedule. Each employee also enjoys a yearly training budget that can be used for external training or attending conferences. It’s important that we always further ourselves, no matter how busy we are. It’s our job to stay ahead of the game, so you don’t have to!

We focus on our strengths

It’s proven that employees are happier and more productive if they get to use their strengths at work. And this is exactly what we do here at Serps Invaders. We try and mould each staff member’s job description and daily tasks, so they can strive in what they do and can therefore give you the best service possible. Everyone is happy! Sounds good, doesn’t it?

We are green

Our clients are spread out around the world from sunny California to Dubai. We try and minimise our carbon foot print as much as we can, so we will always try to schedule conference calls if possible or you will see us handing out our USB sticks rather than print outs. We plant trees to offset all our employees carbon footprints and we plant two trees for every client we work with during a year.

We give back

Every business should give back and so do we. Every year we choose social enterprises or non-profits and give away free consultancy time. We have been working with ForestNation now 2 years running and are working with the social enterprise Women’s Enterprise Scotland for just over 2 years now.
